What to expect from our service
For starters we are a family business and not part of any franchise group so we are not controlled by any outside sources that might affect our work ethos. We cover a large area in the south east of England from Essex and Hertfordshire to Greater London, with this in mind we will try and get to you for either a quote or to do the job within 7 working days of you contacting us. We are a reliable service and keep you the customer up to date on our progress, so if you are booked in to have your car fixed and we are late for the appointment we will ring you before hand and keep you informed.
If you try and contact us by phone and for some reason we can’t take the call we will contact you back as soon as we are able, so please leave your name and number on the answer phone. If you send us an email we will get back to you within 12 hours or if you text us within 1 hour.
Once we get to the job we take all precautions when working with our equipment and materials to keep the working environment safe, when the job has been completed we leave the site how we found it by taking all the rubbish with us and if needed we also clean down the drive or road way where the repair was carried out.
All jobs carried out by us will come with a full receipt which is also your guarantee for 1 year.
