How long is the work guaranteed for?
Work is guaranteed for 2 years. Unless stated by Car Body Repairs 4 Less.
What is the waiting period for repair work?
If you require a car body repair, Car Body Repairs 4 Less aims to be with you within 7-10 days – sometimes sooner depending on your location.
Where is the repair work carried out?
All car body repairs are carried out at the customers’ home or place of work. As long as there is a power supply the work can be done.
Can I send you a photograph of the damage for a quote?
Absolutely. You can either send your photo(s), to us by email (hello@carbodyrepairs4less.co.uk) or via Whatsapp or Text on 07966799721. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Do you do crash repairs?
Most crash repairs are too severe for us to repair. Therefore, only light collision repairs can be repaired by us. We can fix most dents and all scratches and scuffs.
Can you carry out car body repairs in all weathers?
Car Body Repairs provide a service all year round. We use tent systems to cover work in rain and windy weathers.
How long does a job take?
Most of car body repairs take 1-3 hours to complete depending on the severity of damage Car Body Repairs 4 Less will assess the damage and give you a time on site.
How can I get a free quotation?
We provide a FREE quotation for all our work. Please note, if you need a quotation quickly, please call us and we will be able to give you a rough estimatation over the phone.
Do I get a receipt for the repair work?
Yes, a receipt is provided for all work carried out. This acts as your guarantee as well as proof of purchase.
What sort of paint do you use?
The paint system we currently use is a cellulose paint system which will shortly be superseeded by the water based paint systems due to new EU regulations.
Do you carry out trade or private car body repairs?
We carry out repair work for both.
